Tanda
- Lead a small team of UX Engineers, designing and building new features with a focus on usability, design, and front-end.
- Created Tanda’s design system from scratch — a fully in-code library of 60+ documented components on a modern Ruby on Rails stack (Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus).
- Built a suite of custom Claude Code tooling for the team, including an in-house design-preview command.

SheCodes
- Mentored for both the HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React courses of SheCodes, a Brisbane program teaching women to code.
- Lead mentor for HTML/CSS in 2023, working with the course coordinator to improve the course material.
- A 2022 graduate joined the Tanda design team as a Junior UX Engineer.

Orange Sky
- Orange Sky provides free laundry and shower services to people experiencing homelessness.
- Worked on the internal volunteer management service and Campfire, a SaaS platform.
- Took several projects through the full process — UI/UX, design, and front-end development.
- Pioneered the adoption of the Shape Up method of work across the Orange Sky tech team.

Jumbo Interactive
- Worked on a cross-functional agile team building the web platforms for OzLotteries and other lottery providers.
- One of only two front-end developers who launched the Set for Life lottery product.
- Shipped a UI/UX change for Mater Lotteries that lifted conversion from 7.2% to 8.9% — around $600k in extra revenue for research and care.

- Designed websites in Figma and built ecommerce storefronts from designs; scoped and quoted custom work.
- Created two premium website themes, in my own time, that are now sold on the Neto store.
